Yes, an owners’ association (VvE) will be established upon the legal subdivision of the building. The draft deed of division can be downloaded under documents. The service charges are yet to be finalised and are expected to be approximately €120 per month. The VvE will operate under a standard model regulation, have a professional property manager, a contracted maintenance company for minor maintenance and a long-term maintenance plan (MJOP) for major works.
