Processing of personal data of clients and suppliers
Bloemgracht 24 processes personal data of clients and suppliers for the following purposes:
- Administrative purposes;
- Communication regarding assignments and/or invitations;
- Executing or issuing assignments.
The legal basis for this processing is:
- The agreed assignment or contract.
For the above purposes, Bloemgracht 24 may request the following personal data:
- First name;
- Middle name/prefix;
- Last name;
- (Business) telephone number;
- (Business) email address;
- Gender.
Your personal data will be stored by Bloemgracht 24 for the duration of the agreement and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Processing of personal data of employees
Bloemgracht 24 processes personal data of employees for the following purpose:
- Execution of the employment agreement.
The legal basis for this processing is:
- The employment contract.
For this purpose, Bloemgracht 24 may process the following personal data:
- First name;
- Middle name/prefix;
- Last name;
- Telephone number;
- Email address;
- Date of birth;
- Salary information;
- Copy of identification document;
- Citizen service number (BSN);
- Bank account details.
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of employment and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Disclosure to third parties
We may share the data you provide to us with third parties if this is necessary to carry out the purposes described above.
We use third parties for:
- Hosting and maintenance of our IT systems;
- Financial administration of Bloemgracht 24.
We never transfer personal data to parties with whom we have not concluded a data processing agreement. With these processors we make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data. We will not provide your data to other parties unless this is legally required or permitted.
